Position:
Gas and Air Source Heat Pump Installer
– Location: Reading, UKResponsibilities
Lead the delivery of on-site works including installations and servicing of heat pumps, hot water cylinders, and thermal storage systemsCarry out central heating system installations and repairs in domestic and commercial settingsProvide technical supervision and support to team members on-siteDiagnose and repair faults across a range of heating systemsInstall, upgrade, and maintain heating, plumbing, sanitation, and HVAC systemsEnsure compliance with PAS 2030, MCS, and Gas Safe regulationsComplete work records via PDA or digital systemsParticipate in out-of-hours callouts and overtime where requiredAdhere to all health and safety procedures, including hazard reportingMaintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism on every jobWhat You''ll Need
Experience in the local authority or social housing sectorStrong knowledge of heating and domestic appliance installationsProven experience with PAS 2030-compliant installsBackground in fault finding and maintenance of commercial/domestic systemsFamiliarity with BMS, system controls, and press-fit pipeworkStrong commitment to health and safety standardsExcellent communication and customer service skillsEssential Qualifications
