Review site information, drawings and specifications, liaising with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to confirm scope and pricing. Work with the operations and project teams to ensure quotations meet client requirements, contract terms and relevant regulations. Manage outstanding quotations, maintain accurate CAFM records and support the handover of successful works to the project team. Identify additional works and support the wider sales and estimating process. About You OFTEC qualification or strong working knowledge of OFTEC-regulated systems – essential. Gas qualification or strong working knowledge of gas systems – essential. Previous estimating experience within commercial or industrial building services/maintenance. Strong technical knowledge of oil-fired heating, gas, air conditioning/refrigeration and associated M&E equipment. Experience with SFG20 and CAFM systems... Permanent
