Health and Safety Manager Wolverhampton 50,000 + Company Car / Car Allowance Monday to Friday We are currently recruiting for an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join a manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton.This is a hands on role where you''ll take ownership of Health and Safety and environmental standards across the manufacturing site and customer locations. You''ll work closely with employees, managers and contractors, helping to maintain compliance while continuing to develop a strong, proactive safety culture.The role will involve:Managing Health and Safety across the manufacturing facility and customer sitesEnsuring compliance with UK legislation including COSHH, PUWER and RIDDORDeveloping and improving Health and Safety policies, procedures and emergency plansCarrying out risk assessments, audits and site inspectionsLeading accident, incident and near miss investigations and implementing corrective actionsDelivering Health and Safety inductions, toolbox talks and trainingMonitoring Health and Safety performance and reporting to senior managementManaging contractor, visitor and environmental complianceSupporting fire safety, hazardous substances and waste managementSupporting and maintaining ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standardsHelping drive the business towards its Zero Accident strategySupporting the introduction and development of digital Health and Safety systems We''re looking for:NEBOSH Diploma or equivalentIOSH Membership, ideally GradIOSH or ..... full job details .....
