Heath and Safety Business Partner

We employ more than 2,500 people and support over 400 clients across the UK, delivering essential repairs, refurbishment and building safety services that keep homes and public buildings operating at their best. Each year we complete over 400,000 repairs, helping to keep tenants safe, properties performing and owners fully compliant. We are looking for a Health and Safety Business Partner to act as a trusted advisor and operational partner across a defined business area within Axis CLC. This role sits within the Health, Safety and Environment function and plays a key part in supporting operational leaders, managers and frontline teams to deliver safe, compliant and high-performing operations. You will work closely with senior leaders, contractors and clients to embed a proactive safety culture, manage risk effectively and ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of Health, Safety and Environment, this is a visible, field-based role with real influence across day-to-day operations and longer-term improvement activity.
