SHE Advisor - Construction

Location: Derby / Stoke
Salary: Up to -50,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Office Base: Derby or Stoke

Think Recruitment is working with an established construction contractor looking to recruit a SHE Advisor to join their new build and refurb Construction team.

The role will support a variety of new build, refurbishment, fit-out, engineering services and maintenance projects across the Midlands area.

The Role

• Carry out site audits and inspections.
• Support site teams with Health & Safety best practice.
• Compile reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide SHE advice during pre-construction.
• Investigate accidents and incidents.
• Attend key project and business meetings.
• Support the development of SHEQ standards.

What We''re Looking For

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate minimum.
• Tech IOSH or above.
• Construction / Health & Safety experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
