Heat Pumps-Engineer, based near Portsmouth.
Providing technical support to customers.

THE ROLE
* Working from the office, you''ll be providing support to customers with technical issues on equipment at install, commissioning and post install levels, focusing initially on heat pumps.
* Working with engineers, installers and contractors via phone, email, video calls and site visits as required.
* Providing trouble-shooting, diagnostics and warranty claims on equipment to include controls and unit controllers.
* Involved with training and advising internal staff and external partners on best practice.-

THE PERSON
* Seeking an experienced heat pumps or heating Engineer with exposure to heat pumps across commercial & domestic buildings.
* Ideally coming from a service and breakdown background working as an engineer or supervisor, you''ll enjoy helping customers with fault diagnosis and be comfortable working in the office rather than on-site.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Full driving licence required, as there may be occasional site visits to support customers.

A hybrid role based out of the office near Portsmouth
Some home working offered once trained, plus trouble-shooting visits to customer sites as and when required.
