Heat Pumps Support Engineer
Based south of Sheffield

THE ROLE
* Providing technical support to installers, service engineers and their internal service team to rectify faults and issues on heat pumps.
* Use of phone, email, video call and via occasional site visit to fully investigate and diagnose equipment faults.
* Working from in-depth product manuals & installation guides to provide accurate responses.
* Assist and support across the technical team to include training, product management, warranty claims and design/quotes as required.

THE PERSON
* Experience in a similar technical support role or as an install, service or maintenance engineer.
* Heat pumps experience is of benefit but not essential, as full training will be given.
* Suitable backgrounds include plumbing, heating, electrical or HVAC engineering.
* You''ll be comfortable in an office environment and come with good verbal and written skills to support customers.

THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to approx -40k, possibly lifted based on suitable experience.-
Excellent benefits package to include healthcare and 25 days holiday.
