Job Title: Heat Pump Surveyor / Technical Survey Engineer Salary: 40,000 basic, with uncapped commission taking realistic on-target earnings past 50,000 Location: Based centrally around Oxford, Reading or Basingstoke, covering the South West and South East of England If you have spent years getting heat pump installs right from the tools and now want your technical judgement to matter more than your toolbox, this is worth a proper look. The survey team is small and fully stretched, and the business is scaling fast, from over ten jobs a week now to twenty or thirty within the year. This hire is about adding real coverage and taking the pressure off, not squeezing more out of a team already at capacity. It is also a role built the right way round. Leads are qualified by a dedicated sales team before you are sent out, so you are not there to sell. You are there to be the credible technical expert who gets the survey and the design right, then hands back to the team to close.
