Job Title: Heat Pump Engineer / Installer

Salary: £45k - £50k + Van & fuel card

The Role

As a Heat Pump Engineer / Installer, you’ll be responsible for the installation and commissioning of air source (and ideally ground source) heat pump systems in a mix of private homes and social housing properties. Work will be both standalone and as part of a wider delivery team on funded programmes.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of air source heat pump systems (ASHP), including full system upgrades
• Working on retrofit projects within occupied and void properties
• Commissioning systems and ensuring optimal performance
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and customer care

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience installing heat pumps (ASHP essential, GSHP desirable)
• Relevant plumbing & heating qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent)
• Experience working in domestic properties (social housing experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of heating systems and controls
• Full UK driving licence
