Heat Pump & Air Conditioning Engineer – Overview

We are currently working with a Renewable Energy company based in Worcester who are seeking an experienced Heat Pump & Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Installation & repair works on domestic and commercial properties in the local area. The company have been established since 2002 and are extremely successful in their area, they can offer training, development, progression and an excellent package to all Engineers.

They cover both domestic and commercial sites, working on Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, Solar PV & Battery Storage and EV Charging systems. They are looking for a multi skilled Engineer who can both install and repair Heat Pumps, Unvented Cylinders, Air Conditioning systems and they can train you up on other areas such as Solar if you’d be interested in learning this.

The majority of the work is local to Worcester, and you will be required to covering the immediate surrounding areas such as Gloucester, Stratford, Hereford, Cheltenham, Birmingham, Redditch, Walsall, Wolverhampton and so on.

Heat Pump & Air Conditioning Engineer – Requirements

• Proven experience with ASHP’s and air conditioning

• Air Conditioning Experience

• Solar Experience (Desirable)

• Gas Safe (Desirable)

• Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills

• Full driving license and willingness to travel to different sites local to you, as required.

Heat Pump & Air Conditioning Engineer – Salary & Remuneration

• Basic Salary £45,000 – £50,000 or Sub-Contract

• Company Van + Fuel Card

• Hours: Mon–Fri - 8am – 5pm

• Overtime

• 22 Days + BH

• Uniform, PPE, Laptop, iPad

• Ongoing Training and progression with opportunity to complete new qualifications

• Pension
