We are looking for an ICS Manager to lead a specialist team supporting the delivery of major diagnostic solutions across the UK and Ireland. This is a senior role sitting at the heart of technical, clinical and commercial activity, working closely with customers, pathology networks, sales teams, product teams and partner organisations. About the role You will lead the ICS team throughout the customer and tender lifecycle, from early engagement with pathology networks through to formal tenders and technical proposals. A key part of the role is getting involved well before a tender begins, understanding customer requirements, visiting laboratories, assessing workflows and helping demonstrate how diagnostic solutions can improve efficiency and patient services.
