In this rewarding role, you will help ensure that our homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained for the thousands of residents who rely on us.Working across our housing portfolio, you will undertake a variety of electrical works, from inspection and testing through to repairs, rewires and installations. You will play a key role in delivering our Healthy Homes objectives, ensuring residents can live in safe, comfortable homes while providing an excellent customer experience.What You Will Be DoingCarrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and electrical testing programmes.Diagnosing faults and completing electrical repairs across occupied and void properties.Completing full and partial rewires, electrical installations and upgrades.Installing and maintaining lighting, extractor fans, showers and other electrical equipment.Issuing electrical safety certificates and ensuring compliance with current regulations.PAT testing equipment and maintaining accurate records.Identifying electrical hazards and supporting the ..... full job details .....
