Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner Salary: Up to 31,607 per annum, depending on experience Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Eastleigh Contract: Full Time, Permanent The Opportunity We are seeking a Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner to play a key role in delivering a responsive, customer-focused disrepair service, ensuring residents receive an efficient and effective experience throughout the disrepair process. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual who enjoys coordinating people, resources and processes to ensure complex cases are managed successfully from inspection through to completion. The Role As a Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner, you will lead and support a team of Disrepair Schedulers, ensuring workloads are effectively managed, trade diaries are optimised and customers receive a seamless service throughout their journey. You will oversee the planning and coordination of disrepair works, working closely with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate resources, materials and approvals are in place to maintain progress and achieve service targets. You will also act as a key point of contact for a variety of stakeholders, helping to manage complex cases, provide updates and ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
