This is a key role responsible for planning and delivering complex disrepair cases from initial inspection through to completion, ensuring cases are managed in line with legislation, SLAs and customer service standards. The Role As the Healthy Homes Disrepair Senior Planner, you will be responsible for: Managing and prioritising daily workloads to ensure jobs are completed within required timescales and KPIs are achieved. Providing day-to-day line management of Disrepair Schedulers, supporting performance and development. Ensuring disrepair cases and works are accurately recorded and tracked.
