We are looking for a Healthy Communities Manager who is passionate about working in the leisure industry. The OpportunityIn line with the Bexley Healthy Communities Plans, and local strategies,the role of the Healthy Communities Manager will be to enable an active and healthy community through effective partnership working and programme development across Bexley Leisure Centres and local communities. Working closely with central, regional and site teams as well as key stakeholders, this role will ensure the Healthy Communities service contributes to national and local outcomes, improving the health and wellbeing of local residents, reducing inequalities across priority demographics. To be responsible and accountable for implementing the Healthy Communities Plan (and associated KPIs) for Bexley in line with national and local strategic priorities within the Bexley Health and Wellbeing Strategy, London Borough of Bexley Council: Corporate Plan and London Sport Strategy: LDN Moving strategy- building a strong, integrated service which identifies and meets the needs of the local community.Working with the Steps to Health team on site, Improve the health and wellbeing of local residents by identifying opportunities to add value to and provide exit ..... full job details .....
