Job Overview Provide home-based care for complex emotional and mental health needs (shifts: 8 hours, varied patterns). Manage mobility, vital signs, nutrition, companionship and medication. Ensure reflective, values-driven care in people''s homes. Key Responsibilities Support mobility with basic moving/handling. Monitor vitals (BP, temp, pulse); prep meals and maintain hygiene. Offer emotional/financial support; document accurately. Required Qualifications and Experience 1.5+ years in community/home care, focusing on mental health, autism, learning disabilities and diverse groups. Full UK driving licence (essential for transport). PMVA training required(provided) Candidate Traits Strong leadership, communication and empathy under pressure.
