Healthcare Recruitment ConsultantLocation: Liverpool city centreSalary: £26,000 plus commission (OTE £40,000+)Jane Lewis is looking for an ambitious Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to join our Liverpool team.In this role you ll develop new business across the North West, manage client accounts and recruit healthcare professionals. You ll take ownership of your geographical area, with uncapped commission rewarding the results you deliver.What you ll be doing as a Healthcare Recruitment Consultant: Generating new business through prospecting, cold calling and lead generationBuilding relationships with healthcare providers and key decision-makersManaging the staffing process from initial client contact to candidate placementManaging client accounts and coordinating staffing requirements, delivering excellent serviceAchieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIsMaintain clear lines of communication during office hours and ensuring the out of hour s service is covered in line with business needs. What we re looking for: One to two years experience in healthcare recruitment or a target-driven, high-volume sales roleA proven record of achieving sales targets and KPIsConfidence in approaching prospective clients and generating new businessStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsAn organised, proactive and resilient approachHealthcare sector knowledge would be beneficialNeutral Vendor experience is desirable but not essential What you ll receive: £26,000 ..... full job details .....
