Healthcare Learning and Development Coordinator

About the role As a Learning and Development Coordinator, you will design, plan, and deliver a comprehensive range of training programmes to ensure our teams deliver high-quality, person-centred care. You will coordinate learning and development across our residential and nursing care homes (and potentially homecare branches), predominantly in the North West. As part of your responsibility you will cover mandatory training including: Moving and Assisting, Safeguarding, First Aid, and Basic Life Support, as well as advanced subjects like the Mental Capacity Act and Dementia care. You will also support induction training in new services, develop home-based champions, and carry out supervisions to maintain training standards.
