West Hill School Healthcare Lead Location Kingston Road, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 7PW Contract Type Permanent Contract Term Part-Time Salary £23,757.00 - £25,846.00 Annually (Actual) P6 Hours Per Week 32.5 Weeks Per Year 39 Working 32.5 hours per week/39 weeks per year We are seeking a dedicated Medical and Healthcare Lead to take responsibility for the delivery and oversight of medical procedures, pupil care plans, and intimate care plans across our school. Working closely with colleagues, families, and external professionals, you will play a key role in ensuring pupils with additional medical needs can thrive, learn, and access every opportunity. You will also support classroom teams and, as required, lead small groups of pupils in response to their individual needs. This is a vital, hands-on role ideally suited to someone calm, compassionate, organised, and committed to exceptional care as you support in both day-to-day and any emergencies arising.
