Healthcare Customer Service ExecutiveMonday to Friday - 09:00am - 17:30pmTemporaryStroudSalary is dependent on experienceWe are currently recruiting for an Healthcare Customer Service Executive to join our client based in their Stroud branch.Key ResponsibilitiesIn-store supportWelcome and assist patients attending the branch, providing a professional and reassuring experienceEnsuring records are accurate and up to dateHandle walk-in enquiries and provide guidance on services and accessories where appropriateMaintain a clean, organised, and professional branch environment at all timesAdministration and coordinationManage appointments, diaries and patient records using internal systemsEnsure CRM systems are kept accurate and up to dateSupport general administrative tasks to keep the service running smoothlyTelephone and outbound activityMake outbound calls to patients including booking appointments, following up missed visits, and contacting warm leadsEncourage bookings and attendance where appropriate, in a natural and helpful wayHandle inbound calls and email enquiries in a timely and professional mannerCustomer careProvide a high standard of service at all times, handling queries and concerns with empathy and professionalismCarry out follow-up calls where required to support patient experienceCore SkillsStrong communication skills with a friendly and professional approachAble to work independently and stay motivated during quieter periodsWell organised with good attention ..... full job details .....
