Healthcare Assistant - Pre Assessment Leicester Oadby Part Time 22.5 hours per week Permanent Spire Leicester Hospital is looking for a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant to join our Pre-Assessment team on a part-time basis. What you''ll be doing: As a Healthcare Assistant in Pre-Assessment, you''ll play a key role in supporting the clinical team to ensure patients are fully prepared for their procedures. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the multidisciplinary team to deliver high standards of patient care Carrying out routine clinical and non-clinical duties to support patient wellbeing Assisting in the delivery of personalised care plans Communicating effectively with patients and colleagues to support a smooth patient journey Maintaining a safe, clean and secure clinical environment Supporting infection prevention and control measures (HCAI) Contributing to continuous improvement and service development Taking responsibility for your own learning and development What We''re Looking For: We''re looking for someone who is caring, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team in a fast-paced clinical environment.
