The organisation works closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and leading clinical researchers to accelerate access to innovative new medicines and therapies.This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a research-focused clinical environment, supporting vaccine administration and patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting registered nurses during clinical research activitiesSupporting Phlebotomy including venepuncture and sample handlingAssisting with patient preparation and monitoringSupporting vaccine clinics, including observations and patient flowAccurate documentation and adherence to clinical trial protocolsMaintaining high standards of infection control and patient safetyPlease note: Vaccines will be administered by a nurse. The HCA will support the process, including checks and observations.Essential RequirementsExperience as a Healthcare Assistant within the NHS ideallyPhlebotomy competencyExperience supporting vaccinations or immunisation clinicsStrong communication and patient care skillsAbility to work accurately within clinical protocolsUp-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete)What We ..... full job details .....
