Physical Care Support Worker (Immediate Start) - West Cumbria

• Standard Day Rate: -13.70 per hour
• Enhanced Day Rate: -15.69 per hour
• Night Shift Rate: -18.72 per hour
• Sleep-In Shifts: Available following day shifts with additional pay
• Shifts: 12-hour rotations (10:00 - 22:00 or 22:00 - 10:00)

This role is specifically tailored toward physical care support. You will play a vital role in the daily lives of our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being through the following duties:

• Delivering personalized physical and personal care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Executing safe manual handling techniques to support mobility.
• Managing and overseeing PEG feeding protocols with precision.
• Ensuring the prompt and accurate administration of medications.

To be successful in this role, you bring a high level of clinical proficiency and a heart for caregiving:

• Practical experience with PEG feeds, manual handling, and medication administration is required.
• Willingness and ability to work consistent 12-hour day or night shift patterns.
• Due to the rural nature of the shift locations and anti-social hours, the ability to drive is essential. *
