Healthcare Assistant - Night Shifts (Tracheostomy Care)

We are recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support a client with complex needs on night shifts. The successful candidate must be confident in tracheostomy care and able to provide safe, attentive overnight support. Key Clinical Requirements Tracheostomy care (essential) Vital signs monitoring Manual handling Repositioning and pressure area care Care Duties Monitoring and recording observations Repositioning to maintain comfort and skin integrity Responding appropriately to any changes in condition Providing safe and compassionate overnight care Requirements Proven experience in tracheostomy care (essential) Previous experience in complex care preferred Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain) Up-to-date mandatory/CSTF training (preferred) What We Offer Consistent night shifts Competitive hourly rates Clinical support and guidance Ongoing work within a Complex Care setting To apply: Please submit your CV via CV Library or contact Kai Decker - Recruitment Consultant on (phone number removed) or further details.
