Requirements Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Carer is preferred. Experience working in a care home, nursing home, hospital, or similar healthcare setting is desirable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A caring, patient, and professional approach. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends where required. Right to work in the UK. Relevant care qualifications are desirable but not essential, depending on the role.
