You will deliver high-quality, person-centred direct patient care, assist with vital physiological observations, uphold infection prevention control standards, and ensure patient comfort and safety across general medical, surgical, emergency, elderly care, and acute assessment wards. Key Responsibilities and Clinical Duties As a Band 2 Healthcare Assistant within an NHS hospital ward setting, your daily duties will include: Direct Patient Care and Daily Living Support Providing compassionate assistance with personal hygiene routines, including bed baths, showering, oral care, grooming, and pressure area care.
