About the Role: Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with acquired brain injury in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Assist with personal care, emotional support, and daily living activities. Monitor wellbeing, document progress accurately, and help maintain a safe, positive, and person-centred environment.
