We are currently looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team.What is the day-to-day of the role: Provide compassionate personal care and emotional supportAssist with mobility, meals, and daily routinesWork collaboratively with nurses and other care professionalsHelp maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environmentBuild positive relationships with residents, families, and colleaguesRequired Skills and Qualifications A genuine passion for caring for othersGood communication and teamwork skillsAt least 6 months UK care experience within the last 3 yearsA positive attitude and a kind heartCare training certificates including Safeguarding, Health and Safety and more (not necessary as full training can be provided on application)About Us Connect2Hampshire is a managed service agency owned by Hampshire County Council providing temporary, contract and interim opportunities into the Council.
