The service focuses on dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with personal care, maintaining dignity and respectSupport daily living activities and routinesEncourage residents to participate in activities and outingsMonitor residents'' wellbeing and report changes to senior staffMaintain accurate records and documentationPromote a safe, supportive, and friendly environmentPrevious experience in a care role preferred, but not essentialNVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) desirableEnthusiastic, caring, and team-orientedGood communication skills with residents, families, and ..... full job details .....
