Health Monitoring: Taking and recording vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, weight) and reporting any changes to senior staff. Emotional Support: Providing companionship, listening, and offering reassurance to residents. Environment: Making beds, keeping living areas tidy, and ensuring equipment is clean and safe.
