What You ll Do Work both independently and as part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team. Build trusting, therapeutic relationships with the adults you support. Follow care plans, observe mental states, and ensure the safety of others. Positively manage challenging behaviour and situations. Support adults in developing independent living skills and integrating into their local Reading community.
