They combine cutting-edge technology with biological expertise to develop revolutionary healthcare products that require meticulous quality assurance throughout the development lifecycle.Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in healthcare and/or biological sciences. This role will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and reliability in our client''s healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both QA methodologies and healthcare/biological domains.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute comprehensive test plans for healthcare software applications and medical devicesValidate that systems meet all regulatory requirements including HIPAA, FDA, and other relevant healthcare standardsCreate and maintain detailed test documentation including test cases, protocols, and reportsPerform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified quality issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and clinical specialistsVerify the accuracy and integrity of biological data processing systemsConduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet healthcare provider and patient needsMonitor and report on quality metrics throughout the product lifecycleParticipate in product release decisions based on quality assessmentsQualificationsBachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Biological Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or life sciencesUnderstanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and best practicesKnowledge of biological data systems, healthcare workflows, or medical devicesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAttention to detail and commitment to quality excellencePreferred SkillsExperience with automated testing frameworks and toolsKnowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, or ISO 13485 standardsBackground in clinical data validation or laboratory testing environmentsFamiliarity with electronic health record (EHR) systemsExperience with Agile development methodologiesUnderstanding of bioinformatics or genomic data processingWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with cutting-edge healthcare technologyProfessional development and growth opportunitiesCollaborative work environment with industry expertsChance to make a real difference in patient care through quality excellenceIf you are passionate about quality in healthcare technology and have a background in biological sciences, we want to hear from you.
