Job Title: Health and Social Care Tutor - Watford Location: Watford Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum About the Role / Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Health and Social Care Tutor to deliver exceptional training and support to students, ensuring they achieve their educational goals. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of learners while working within a supportive team environment. The role will be based on-site 5 days per week. It is a non-term time role, meaning you will have annual leave of 20 days plus bank holidays. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Health and Social Care. Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. Develop and implement curriculum materials tailored to student needs. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience. Participate in professional development activities to improve teaching practices. Experience and Qualifications Required: Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification required or above. Relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed). Experience in teaching Health and Social Care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate students.
