You will teach small classes of students who may have struggled within mainstream education, using your subject knowledge and teaching style to build confidence, develop employability skills and help students recognise their potential. The successful Health & Social Care Teacher will be confident managing behaviour, building positive relationships and adapting lessons to meet different learning needs.
