Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Sustainability (SHW) ManagerLocation: Broughton (CH4 0DR)Hours: Full timeSalary: 56,042.80 per annum plus 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays), car allowance, pension, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits including cycle to work schemeAbout the role:As SHW Manager you''ll lead the way in embedding a robust Safety, Health, Wellbeing and Sustainability culture across the business, ensuring our systems, policies and people meet the highest standards.As part of your key responsibilities, you''ll: Establish and maintain a robust system for reporting and monitoring SHW across the businessBe the lead in all related policies, strategies and training to increase awareness and complianceEnsure that all related systems meet or exceed both Unipart and industry standardsManage a team to ensure compliance, competence and currency across SHW mattersMaintain all critical SHW documentation as required About you:We''d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you''d be able to perform well in this role!
