Develop and enforce robust health and safety policies across multiple project sitesConduct regular site inspections and detailed risk assessmentsEnsure full compliance with current legislation, standards, and best practicesLead and deliver engaging safety training sessions and workshopsWork closely with project managers to embed safety measures into project plansEssential Skills and Experience
Chartered status in Health and Safety (CMIOSH or equivalent)Significant experience in Health and Safety management within the renewable energy sectorStrong working knowledge of relevant UK Health and Safety legislation and standardsProven experience on Windfarms, Substations, and Battery Storage projectsExcellent communication, leadership, and influencing skillsAbility to operate independently while collaborating effectively within project teamsWhat’s on Offer
