This is an organisation that doesn t just talk about safety it invests in it, with a strong track record of performance improvements across its UK operations.As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will lead the HSE strategy, supported by a dedicated Health, Safety and Environment Advisor. We re looking for someone who combines strategic capability with a hands-on approach someone who can inspire teams, shape behaviours, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a site-specific HSE improvement plan to manage risks and ensure legal complianceDrive continuous improvement in HSE performance across all departmentsLead internal and external audits to uphold high standards including 14001/45001Oversee emergency preparedness and contractor/visitor safety processesProvide expert HSE guidance to site operationsImplement Group SHE systems, initiatives, and campaigns at site levelLiaise with regulators and ensure timely statutory reporting What We re Looking For Proven experience leading HSE strategy in a large manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong communication and engagement skills at all organisational levelsA proactive, ..... full job details .....
