an even better place to work.Key responsibilities include:Compliance: Develop health, safety and environmental policies, processes, and procedures, manage RAMS and permits, maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety law regulations and best practices, aligning with company strategyRisk Management: Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments - implement controls, and mitigate identified hazardsReporting: Monitor, investigate, and report incidents; provide health and safety performance updates with insights and trendsEmergency Preparedness: Support emergency planning, drills and crisis management for safety readinessEnvironmental: Support the development and delivery of our sustainability initiatives by staying informed on legislation and best practices, contributing to emissions reduction efforts, assisting with SECR/ESOS reporting, and helping to set and track workplace sustainability targetsTraining and Tenants: Coordinate training, communicate health and safety awareness, and ensure tenants adhere to safety responsibilities with clear induction materials and periodic inspectionsAbout youProven HSE management experience (UK HSE Law)Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, holds IOSH Managing SafelyEnvironmental ExperienceRelevant industry experience (Office workspace Environment)Experience using MS office and Google programmesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalBenefits35 hour working weekGenerous 28 days holiday a year plus Bank HolidaysAward winning pension scheme – when you pay in 3%, Which? pays in 6% (rising to 11% after one year of service)Discount site Sodexo which offers large % off every day shopping and holidaysHealthcare insurance and Private medical insurance and opportunity to participate in Vitality rewards programme (at 6 months)A discretionary death in service benefit provision equivalent to six times your annual salaryFree access to Which? member content and free access to Which? money and legal helplinesWork from (almost) anywhere” for 4 weeks of the year policyInterview processFirst stage video call - 30 minsSecond stage in person interview London office with role based taskAbout Which?We promote a great work-life balance, offering flexible working options in addition to a full time working week (35 hours) e.g. part time or job shares where possible.
