Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager Based from Fareham, with a focus on Portsmouth / Basingstoke sites too. 50,000 to 60,000We are looking for a proactive Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) Manager to take ownership of safety, health, environmental and quality systems across a busy engineering and manufacturing operation.This role will focus on improving compliance, strengthening operational standards and driving a positive safety culture across manufacturing sites.The roleDevelop and maintain integrated HSEQ systemsEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standardsLead audits, inspections, investigations and risk assessmentsDrive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiativesWork closely with production and engineering teamsImprove quality and compliance processes across fabrication and assembly operationsSupport operational teams in maintaining best practice standardsWhat we are looking forHSEQ experience within manufacturing or engineering environmentsStrong understanding of ISO standards and compliance processesNEBOSH qualification or equivalentConfident presence on the shop floor with a hands on approachAbility to influence teams and drive positive cultural changePlease note that no terminology in this advert is intended to discriminate on the grounds of a person''s gender, marital status, race, religion, colour, age, disability or sexual orientation.
