Advise and support managers and supervisors in fulfilling their health and safety responsibilities. Ensure compliance with statutory duties and internal procedures. Conduct inspections, audits, and surveillance to maintain high safety standards. Lead and oversee accident/incident investigations and implement lessons learned. Manage health and safety statistics, identify trends, and develop improvement plans. Prepare and review health and safety documentation, including plans and method statements.
