Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager

AA Euro Group are currently seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager on behalf of a leading main contractor who specializes in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects. This is a full-time permanent position based on site in central London.Key Responsibilities: Act as an advisor on all matters relating to Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) and apply professional standards to ensure best practice.Maintain core areas of expertise and impart knowledge to aid the development, training and mentoring of others. Provide HSW advice to managers and project managers to assist them in achieving project objectives.Create, develop and maintain a range of internal/external relationships to maximise impact of expertise and knowledge to influence the quality of decision making, share learning and drive improvements among the Project s supply chain.Advise on and interpret project contractual and statutory requirements and obligations to protect the project s integrity and ensure legal compliance.Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers, partners and suppliers to assist the achievement of project targets Technical skills and Competencies: Understanding of HandS standards and the evaluation of compliance therein.Knowledge of HandS Risk ManagementAble to undertake incident reporting, investigation.Able to undertake performance monitoring and measurement.Proven knowledge of construction techniques and their implications for safety.Demonstrable ..... full job details .....
