Your work will have a tangible impact on both people and processes in a business committed to making a difference.Key Responsibilities (First 6 12 Months) Build strong stakeholder relationships and maintain regular communication with project teams and clientsImplement robust risk frameworks and deliver training across multiple locationsLead face-to-face workshops to drive cultural engagement and process adoptionSupport and initiate well-being strategies aligned with business needs and emerging trends Working Arrangements Based in the Belfast office 5 days a week (flexibility only for significant childcare or health needs)Regular travel required: at least fortnightly to London/South and Scotland ..... full job details .....
