Health, Safety and Quality Manager

I am recruiting for a Health, Safety and Quality Manager to join a well-established UK manufacturing business. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to lead site health and safety activities while maintaining and developing integrated management systems aligned to ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 standards. Working closely with senior leadership, operations, engineering, quality and HR teams, you will play a key role in driving compliance, supporting continuous improvement and building a positive safety culture across the organisation.Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day health and safety activities across the manufacturing operation. Maintain and continuously improve the Health and Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001 and legislative requirements. Support the maintenance and development of the Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001, internal standards and customer requirements. Manage key documentation including policies, procedures, risk assessments, safe systems of work, audit records and corrective action plans. Plan and conduct internal health, safety and quality audits. Coordinate non-conformances, corrective actions and continuous improvement activities through to completion. Lead and support accident, near miss and process non-conformance investigations using structured root cause analysis techniques.
