Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take full responsibility for Health and Safety and Quality across the organisation. Working closely with colleagues at all levels, you will ensure compliance, reduce risk, improve performance, and implement sustainable improvements that add real value to the business.This role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to influence positive change within a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities Lead and continuously improve the company''s Health, Safety and Quality systems.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation, regulations, and quality standards.Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and accident investigations.Drive corrective and preventative actions to reduce risk and improve performance.Manage and develop the Quality Management System.Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and quality issues.Work closely with operational teams to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.Monitor and report on Health, Safety and Quality performance metrics.Promote a positive safety culture and right-first-time approach ..... full job details .....
