The details of the job are below: Health, Safety and Lab Compliance Advisor Devon - North Wyke 37 Hours per week 9am to 17:30pm Mon to Thurs and 9am to 17:00pm Fri - Remote Working available after probation period Salary Range up to £39981 per annumJob RoleThe Health, Safety and Lab Compliance Advisor will provide professional, site-based health and safety and compliance and support across the North Wyke estate, supporting research, farming, laboratory and other shared technical environments.The role focuses on assurance, governance and compliance, ensuring that Institute policies, statutory duties and licence conditions are effectively implemented, monitored and continuously improved across the site. Laboratories form one of several regulated operational environments within scope, alongside farms, workshops, plant, buildings and shared facilities.Acting as the primary point of contact for Health and Safety and compliance at North Wyke, the candidates will work in partnership with managers, supervisors, researchers and facilities teams, and in close liaison with the central Health, Safety, Biosafety and Quality functions.
