To be considered for this role, you must have:Membership of IOSH or NEBOSH qualification EssentialA recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualification (e.g. IFE, IFSM, or equivalent, Level 3Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments and health and safety audits in both residential and commercial environmentsFull UK Driving LicenseA strong background, advising clients across multiple sectors on compliance and best practiceResponsibilities -Conduct comprehensive Health and Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across both residential and commercial propertiesProvide tailored Health and Safety management systems and documentation to meet clientCarry out and produce detailed fire risk assessments and safety audits in accordance with UK legislationGenerate clear and actionable Health and Safety management reportsDeliver expert consultancy, training, and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with UKConduct audits and inspections to assess and improve safety standards across multi-siteAdvise clients on all aspects of UK Health, Safety and Fire legislation, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory obligationsPay range and compensation package to £47000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Package Home-Based with Regional ..... full job details .....
