This is a home-based role with regional travel, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients across both commercial and residential settings.
Qualifications
Membership of IOSH or NEBOSH qualification Essential
A recognised Fire Risk Assessor qualification (e.g. IFE, IFSM, or equivalent, Level 3
Proven experience conducting fire risk assessments and health and safety audits in both residential and commercial environments
Full UK Driving License
A strong background, advising clients across multiple sectors on compliance and best practice
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive Health and Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across both residential and commercial properties
Provide tailored Health and Safety management systems and documentation to meet client
Carry out and produce detailed fire risk assessments and safety audits in accordance with UK legislation
Generate clear and actionable Health and Safety management reports
Deliver expert consultancy, training, and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with UK
Conduct audits and inspections to assess and improve safety standards across multi-site
Advise clients on all aspects of UK Health, Safety and Fire legislation, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory obligations
PayPay range and compensation package
to £47000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Package. Home-Based with Regional Travel
