Health, Safety and Facilities Manager Location: Leicestershire Salary: Competitive Hours: Days, 8:00am 4:30pm Sector: Manufacturing / Warehouse Our client, a well-established and highly respected manufacturing business, is looking for an experienced Health, Safety and Facilities Manager to join their Operations team on a permanent basis. This is an urgent requirement, so early applications are strongly encouraged. You''ll take ownership of health, safety and facilities compliance across the site, playing a key role in keeping the workforce safe while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. The Role As Health, Safety and Facilities Manager, you will: Develop, implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures in line with current regulations Conduct risk assessments for employees, workstations and job roles, ensuring effective control measures are in place Lead site audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risk Investigate accidents, incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions Ensure compliance with fire safety, hazardous material handling, noise regulations and machinery safeguarding Deliver health and safety inductions and ongoing training for staff, including fire marshalling and first aid Recommend and oversee the use of PPE where required Oversee facilities maintenance, including fire alarm systems, HVAC, electrical infrastructure and security systems Manage external contractors, ensuring RAMS are provided and ..... full job details .....
