Health, Safety and Environmental (SHE) AdvisorHybrid - Southern England and United Utilities RegionsJoin Our Growing Team and Shape the Future of Safety in the Water SectorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated SHE Advisor to join our expanding team, providing Health, Safety and Environmental advice and hands-on support to project management teams across Southern England and United Utilities regions.If you''re looking to develop your career in Health, Safety and Environmental Management, this role offers the chance to help implement our Management Systems, shape our cultural journey, and grow your skills within a collaborative Joint Venture in the Water Sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the implementation of the SHE Roadmap, driving continual improvement across the JV and working with operational teams to address short-, medium- and long-term growth and learning opportunities.Undertake Site Safety Inspections, producing clear reports and providing constructive feedback to Operations Management and Supply Chain partners.Carry out and support incident investigations, identifying root causes and key learning outcomes.Provide ongoing SHE guidance and support to operational teams from planning through to project completion.Review high-risk operational risk assessments and method statements alongside operational teams.Participate in external SHE audits and Client Reviews, contributing to compliance and continuous improvement.Assist with the onboarding and review of ..... full job details .....
