We are seeking a proactive Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to oversee and develop safety standards at our fast-paced manufacturing site in Cookstown. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will champion continuous improvement, ensure legal compliance, and embed best practices across operations. Your responsibilities:Lead and develop the site-wide HSandE strategy, maintaining and improving safety management systems.Deliver impactful safety initiatives, ensuring site compliance with UK legislation and internal standards.Conduct investigations into incidents, ensuring timely corrective actions and reporting.Oversee risk assessments, emergency procedures, and safety training across all departments.Foster a positive safety culture through engagement, committee participation, and leadership development.
